What a day

went to the gym 2 days ago and i woke up the morning feeling pain in my triceps. i couldnt stretch it out fully. it hurts when i even tried to shampoo my hair. darn... guess i kind of overworked it? harrr i stayed at home most of the time to watch discovery channels and some shows. i love mythbusters! they are terrific... they love to end things with a BOOm haha... still kinda lazy to finish setting up my blog =X i will take my time.. i m getting tired guess i will hit the bed ^^ pray to God that the pain goes away the next day. its kinda killing me seriously... oyasumi~~
